These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lux Lab Auto Boutique (“Lux Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and your purchase of our mobile auto detailing services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Lux Lab provides mobile auto detailing services, including interior detailing, exterior detailing, full interior & exterior detailing, ceramic coating installation, and related vehicle care, in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Service availability depends on location, scheduling, access to water and power, and the condition of your vehicle.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site inspection of your vehicle. Final pricing can vary depending on vehicle size, condition, level of soiling, and any add-ons selected. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.

3. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once a date and time are agreed upon.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
• We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking.

4. Access, Water & Power

For mobile services, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your vehicle and, where required, access to water and an electrical outlet. If these are unavailable, certain services may be limited, adjusted, or rescheduled.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Vehicle Condition & Personal Belongings

Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. Lux Lab is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Pre-existing damage, wear, or mechanical defects are not the responsibility of Lux Lab.

7. Results & Warranty

We strive for the highest quality results. Detailing outcomes can vary based on a vehicle’s age, condition, and prior treatments. Ceramic coatings are subject to the specific manufacturer or product warranty terms provided at the time of service. Except as required by applicable law (including British Columbia’s Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act and Sale of Goods Act), Lux Lab makes no other warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lux Lab’s total liability for any claim arising from our services or website is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Photography

We may photograph vehicles before and after service for quality assurance and marketing purposes. Please let us know in writing if you do not wish your vehicle to be used in our marketing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of Lux Lab Auto Boutique and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
